About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Catalog Solutions team. In this role, you’ll dive deep into complex datasets, uncover insights, and turn them into actionable business strategies that support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of datasets to identify trends, insights, and create management reports, forecasts, and trend analyses.

• Inspire with product ideas to make the most out of our data and bring more value to our customers and our company

• Perform ad-hoc analysis based on stakeholder requests to address specific business challenges and deliver actionable results.

• Gather, organize, and extract insights from data collected across various sources.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through thorough data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to maintain database integrity and ensure timely access to clean, structured data.

• Conduct comprehensive portfolio and market research, prepare insightful presentations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Work closely with business departments to understand their data needs, providing tailored support aligned with organizational objectives.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Strong technical skills in Python and MySQL, with an ability to adapt to new tools quickly.

• Knowledge and experience on web scraping/data pre-processing is an added value.

• Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Self-discipline, self-starter, and honest.

• Fluent in Thai and English, Thai locals only.

Preferred Skills

• Data analysis and programming for data manipulation (Proficient in Excel, coding in Python)

• Data visualisation or analytic tools (Power BI)

• Data management and database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL)
