About The Role

Location: Chennai, India (on-site)

TecAlliance connects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 900 colleagues working across 140+ countries, we collaborate closely to deliver impactful solutions. We are owned by 34 leading automotive companies such as Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF, and proudly serve as a central data hub for the industry.

This role involves leading end-to-end data projects, from client engagement to delivering tailored data solutions. You will provide technical expertise, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and data requirements, collaborating to define project scopes and deliverables, conducting regular meetings, and providing project updates.

• Provide technical consultation on data architecture, integration, and management best practices, assisting in the design, development, and implementation of data solutions while troubleshooting issues promptly.

• Lead and manage end-to-end data projects by defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring execution within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Conduct client training sessions to enhance the effective use of data solutions, and share industry insights and best practices to support informed decision-making.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation guides, user manuals, and records of project activities and client interactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deliver integrated data solutions, while actively contributing to internal knowledge sharing and technical expertise.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or a similar role in the data industry.

• Strong knowledge of data technologies, databases, and data integration.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.

• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is strongly preferred.
