You will be key to actively challenging the status quo of our product content and features. We have tons of ideas that need to be realized — and we need someone who can focus, drive, and make them happen together with our teams.

At TecAlliance, we believe in self-organized work and continuous development. As a Project Engineer, you play a central role in improving our internal processes and product & service quality. You will support our four development teams — spread across Europe and Vietnam — and help us deliver better outcomes faster. This is a team of 50+ people that truly work internationally.

Your work will directly influence customer feedback, production SLAs, time-to-market, and a decrease in complaints related to quality, coverage, and volume.

Your Tasks & Projects

You will work in a hybrid role that blends technical engineering (automotive & data) with project management. Your focus will be on technical problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on execution — not on managerial duties.

Project Engineering

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs) and our Data Factory RMI to verify the realization of technical concepts.
• Evaluate use cases technically to assess feasibility and prepare decision support documents.
• Conduct concept assessments on a technical (automotive) level.

Project Management

• Scope and define project objectives in close coordination with and under the guidance of Product Owners.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or roadblocks.

Strategic Focus Areas

• Support analyzing market requirements & benchmarks, with a focus on relevant market participants.
• Drive product improvements across the entire portfolio — both in terms of content and features in alignment with our Product Owners.

Your Profile

• Experience in automotive data, engineering, or technical project management.
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex data sets, recognize patterns and make data-based decisions.
• Fluent English skills (written & spoken) to communicate effectively in a technical environment.
• German skills at C1 level are a strong advantage.
• Dutch is also a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Every 4–6 weeks to Weikersheim for roughly three consecutive days to collaborate with our technical vehicle experts and additional customer meetings as needed, mostly within Europe).

💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

🏠 For those working hybrid or remote we offer a compensation of 2,40€ per home-office-day.

🌏 Travel expenditure reimbursement for those working in hybrid mode: you get € 0,23 per KM of your commuting .

Location-independency / flexibility :

💯 Hybrid Remote: we work primarily hybrid with office attendance, but you can also work remotely from anywhere within the country, when living further from the office location; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at our site in Heerlen.
