We are looking for a  Product Owner (m/f/d) TecRMI who drives innovation with purpose!

You'll lead a small, motivated team of 3 developers within a larger Product Unit of 35 passionate professionals in TecRMI. Together, you're building something powerful: Smart Process – a cutting-edge frontend tool that empowers our internal Sales Team and offers real value to our workshop customers.

Your mission? To create a sleek, efficient, and scalable interface that brings 100% of TecRMI's functionalities to life – enabling the Sales team to deliver seamless customer experiences across the board.

Your tasks:

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional software development team (no people management responsibility, but operational team ownership).
• Translate business requirements into clear, technical backlog items.
• Own and manage the Product Backlog for your team, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate international stakeholder communication (internal & external).
• Plan and moderate technical and business-oriented workshops.
• Support our technical consultants with integration projects on the customer side.
• Oversee resource planning, team scheduling, and contribute to budget planning and smooth daily operations.
• Foster a cooperative, self-organized work environment and contribute to agile excellence.

Your Qualification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or a similar role – ideally in an agile IT environment (Scrum).
• Strong ability to analyze, structure, and communicate requirements clearly.
• A natural connector – you’re open-minded and confident working with diverse people across departments and cultures.
• You work independently, reliably, and in a well-organized manner.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Every 4–6 weeks to Weikersheim for 1 week to collaborate with our technical vehicle experts and additional customer meetings as needed, mostly within Europe).
• Fluent in German (B2) and English is a must

Location-independency/flexibility:

💯 Hybrid Remote: we work remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
