Join TecAlliance as our new Commercial Business Specialist Reporting EMEA (m/f/d) and become part of a team dedicated to driving Commercial Operations and Business Excellence across EMEA. You will work cross-functionally within the EMEA commercial organization, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and correlations that inform business decisions.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards (using tools like Power BI or Excel) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor business performance through metrics, conducting variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and previous periods.
• Data Visualization: Present complex data in visually understandable formats such as charts, graphs, and reports to facilitate decision-making by senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Operational Budgeting & Analysis: Execute and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes on operational level (vendors, customers, cost centers, cost groups), provide month end closing relevant information, prepare clear and concise unit-internal reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that track business performance metrics.
• Experience with data visualization techniques to present data clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform data quality checks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on turning raw data into actionable business insights.
• Strong command of the English language. Any additional language is a plus.
