Join TecAlliance as our new Commercial Business Specialist Operations EMEA (m/f/d) and become part of a team dedicated to driving Commercial Operations and Business Excellence across EMEA. You will work cross-functionally within the EMEA commercial organization, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Tools & System Specialist:

• Act as the subject matter expert for commercial tools and systems.
• Provide support, and best practices to maximize system effectiveness.

Consistency Across Business Focus Teams (BFTs):

• Drive standardization of commercial processes and tools across all BFTs.
• Promote a unified approach to working methods, ensuring efficiency and alignment across the organization.

Requirements Gathering & Change Management:

• Collect, evaluate, and prioritize tools and process change requests.
• Collaborate with central services to implement enhancements.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for streamlining sales operations and improving workflow efficiency.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy in commercial processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with Business Focus Teams to align on business needs.
• Ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives by facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Strong experience in sales operations, commercial tools, and CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Strong command of the English language. Any additional language is a plus.
