About The Role

TecAlliance interconnects entirely global automotive aftermarket data & knowledge from order to invoice. Over 900+ colleagues work relentlessly globally together in 140 countries and counting. We are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, or ZF and proudly connect all data for them.

This role involves leading end-to-end data projects, from engaging with clients to delivering tailored data solutions. You'll provide technical expertise, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful, on-time delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and data requirements, collaborating to define project scopes and deliverables, conducting regular meetings, and providing project updates.
• Provide technical consultation on data architecture, integration, and management best practices, assisting in the design, development, and implementation of data solutions while troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Lead and manage end-to-end data projects by defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct client training sessions to enhance the effective use of data solutions, and share industry insights and best practices to support informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation guides, user manuals, and records of project activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and analysts—to deliver integrated data solutions, while actively contributing to internal knowledge sharing and technical expertise.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or a similar role in the data industry.
• Strong knowledge of data technologies, databases, and data integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations.
• Fluency in Thai and English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
