People Services Partner
Job Purpose
The People Services Partner ensures seamless HR operations and serves as the primary contact for employees in Thailand, India Japan, Korea & Hong Kong (~ 55 people). This role supports compliance, employee engagement, and alignment with global standards, enabling TecAlliance’s success in the automotive aftermarket sector.
Role Dimensions

- Advisory, Policies & Processes 40%
- Support in global initiatives/projects (i.e. Dayforce implementation): 20%
Key Success Criteria
- Effective Employee Support: Timely resolution of employee inquiries and proactive guidance on HR matters, fostering trust and engagement.
- Compliance Assurance: Maintaining adherence to local labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Operational Excellence: Seamless execution of HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance management, with accurate documentation.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Strong partnership with Global Competence Centers, Legal, and Compliance teams to align local practices with global standards.
- Project Contributions: Active involvement in global HR digitalization and policy alignment projects, delivering measurable outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding).
- Guide team leads and employees on HR topics, including policy interpretation and compliance.
- Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and work rules for new subsidiaries.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits with local vendors and PEO partners.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, working alongside Legal & Compliance.
- Address and resolve escalated employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with L&D to support development needs and training programs.
- Lead local annual benefits review and vendor alignments.
- Support salary increase and personnel planning processes.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR data using Excel and PowerPoint.
Project Responsibilities
- Contribute to the global rollout and implementation of our HRIS (Dayforce).
- Support the alignment and renewal of global policies and procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
- Several years of relevant HR experience in a regional or similar HR generalist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a multinational company, ideally headquartered in Europe.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law; familiarity with Indian labor law is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce).
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English and Thai (minimum B2+ level); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret labor laws and apply HR policies effectively.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle competing priorities.
- Collaborative team player able to build relationships across global and remote teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently.
Additional Requirements
Willingness and ability to travel regionally for meetings, training, and offsites on a quarterly basis.
