P&O at TecAlliance means 25+ global colleagues across HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Reception, and our Operations Experts, known as PSP.
Job Purpose
Our People Services Partners (official job title) act as site/regional HR representatives, serving as the main point of contact for employees at their locations. You handle employee inquiries and P&O matters end-to-end and take care of roughly 50 employees in the APAC Region.
You are the first point of contact for our Managing Director for the APAC Region.
This role has a technical reporting line to the Global Lead People Services in our HQ in Germany.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, collaborating closely with Global Competence Centers.
- Implement work rules, policies and procedures for our newly set up subsidiaries and globally align & improve existing ones.
- Provide guidance and support to team leads and employees on People-related matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain effective systems to manage employee data, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Support a fair and transparent performance management process, providing guidance to managers.
- Working with Legal and Compliance Teams, ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all employees.
- Investigate escalated employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues.
- Help identify training needs for individuals and managers working closely with L&D.
- Prepare the payroll for your employees and steer the personnel planning as well as salary increase process locally
- Manage local benefits
Project Responsibilities
- Contribute to a global digitalization project of all major HR processes (Dayforce)
- Renewal and global alignment of policies & processes
Experience & Qualifications
- Several years of relevant HR experience in a similar role, leadership experience a plus
- At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or similar education)
- Experience working in a global company (ideally with HQ in Europe)
- Proven experience/ knowledge in labor law in Thailand (add. Country knowledge a plus)
- HR processes & labor law
- Experience working with HRIS Systems
Skills & Competencies
- English proficiency (at least B2+), Thai (at least B2+) any add. Language a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to analyze & present data (Advanced Excel & Power Point skills)
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote offices and locations
- Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects; demonstrates initiative and manages multiple, competing priorities
Additional Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel to our offices & offsites for Trainings, Meetings etc. once a Quarter.
