Contracts
The roles are permanent, starting with a 1-year contract and a 1-month probation, continuing indefinitely after a successful performance review
Compensation package
97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
For sales roles:
Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries, 80% is base salary and 20% is variable salary based on your sales goals
Expense reimbursement
Travel expenditure reimbursement for those working in hybrid mode: you get € 0,23 per KM of your commuting.

Hybrid Remote
For those working hybrid or remote we offer a compensation of 2,45€ per home-office-day.
We work primarily hybrid with office attendance, but you can also work remotely from anywhere within the country, when living further from the office location; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at our site in Heerlen
Structured Onboarding
You receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
Set-up
We will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (notebook, headset, backpack) if you are working in an office, and for remote workers we have an extended set-up.
