Commercial Business Specialist (m/f/d) Value Stream Mapping EMEA

As a Commercial Business Specialist (m/f/d) Value Stream Mapping EMEA, you will drive operational excellence across our Business Focus Teams by combining commercial expertise with Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies. Through process standardization, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making, you will help increase efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen sales operations across the EMEA region.

This is a full-time position with a workload of 40 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize commercial processes using Value Stream Mapping methodologies.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across Business Focus Teams (BFTs).
Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve operational performance.
Leverage data and KPIs to support decision-making and measure process effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable process improvements.
Promote Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Support the adoption and optimization of sales tools and commercial processes across EMEA.
Ensure best practices are shared and consistently applied throughout the organization.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in commercial operations, business process optimization, or continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Business fluent English language skills (B2 level or higher).

📄 The role is permanent, starting with a 1-year contract 🗓 and a 1-month probation ✅, continuing indefinitely after a successful performance review 🌟.
💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency / flexibility:
💯 Hybrid Remote: we work primarily hybrid with office attendance, but you can also work remotely from anywhere within the country, when living further from the office location; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at our site in Heerlen.
