Catalog Analyst

The Catalog Analyst is responsible for cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and managing data using a variety of methodologies and proprietary software tools.
The primary objective is to transform raw information into standardized, accurate, and meaningful datasets that support high-quality automotive parts cataloging and product data management.
The position requires the ability to work with varying levels of data quality and completeness, applying critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure consistency and reliability.
This role plays a key part in the organization, as it directly impacts the quality, accuracy, and volume of data that can be processed, maintained, and delivered to customers and business partners.
Responsibilities and Duties
Review the request to determine its type and plan the steps towards its completion.
Use Excel to analyze the data and apply the requested change.
Use our in-house software to update the database.
Validate the end results.
Log the statistics and results in our ticketing system and communicate the outcome to the client.
Qualifications
Education level: High school diploma required; post-secondary education in data, statistics, or a related field is considered an asset.
Experience: 0 to 2 years
