The Business Consultant contributes to TecAlliance customer success by analyzing requirements, designing solution approaches, and supporting seamless product implementation. The role ensures that customers achieve measurable business performance improvements through expert guidance, structured onboarding, and solution enablement.
You’ll be responsible for:
· Deliver tailored data solution designs and professional consulting outcomes, translating customer business needs into actionable solution architectures to help clients maximize the value of TecAlliance products and services.
· Deliver customer project delivery results, leading project initiation, execution, and successful handover into operational use, complete documentation of solution specifications, scope statements and implementation artifacts.
· Deliver data-enabled solution value-added outputs, conducting internal data analysis and visualization via Power BI, and embedding data insights into solution offerings to unlock incremental value of TecAlliance data assets.
· Deliver pre-sales and cross-functional support deliverables, serving as CPM project coordinator to develop business cases with sales and product teams, and preparing product documentation to support marketing and commercial promotion.
· Deliver market research and strategic insight outputs, conducting in-depth market, industry and competitor analysis, and providing actionable proposals to support business growth and transformation planning.
Your main Tasks:
· Analyze customer requirements, analysis gaps and prepare data solutions
· Prepare product- and/or project-specific documentation for Marketing E-newsletter/commercial purpose
· Coordinate with sales and product team for business case creation as CPM project coordinator.
· Engage in internal data evaluation and analysis and generate reports using Power BI for business intelligence.
· Data visualization- Digitalize TA data and add data insight to be part of the data solution. - Create value for TA data.
· Conduct market, industry and competitor research, develop tailored improvement strategies and solutions
· Support planning for business growth and transformation, present proposals, reports and actionable recommendations
Your qualifications:
Educational Background
· Education in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience
· Proven consulting background, with preference for candidates with experience in the automotive or digital solutions sector
· Hands-on experience in software implementation or system integration projects
· Solid track record in end-to-end project management and structured delivery, including experience supporting the strategy team in executing strategic-level initiatives
· Experience in customer relationship management and end-to-end customer project support
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams
· Proactive communication style, with consistent transparency around project progress and risks
· Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional self-improvement
Hard Skills
· Excel, Power point, SQL, Power BI
Certifications
· Project management certification (PMP, 6sigma…) Preferred
Languages
· English – Fluent
· Chinese (Mandarin) – Native / Fluent
