Commercial Lead France (m/f/d)

You’ll be part of the EMEA Commercial team, working closely with commercial leadership, sales managers, and supporting functions such as sales support, technical consulting, and sales service. The team operates cross‑functionally across the EMEA region, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with key internal stakeholders to drive commercial objectives. You report into Eric, our Commercial Director Europe South.
As Commercial Lead (m/f/d) for France, you lead with insight by teaching teams and customers to reassess where real commercial value is created in the French aftermarket, based on market realities, customer behaviour, and portfolio performance. You take control of the commercial agenda by challenging local assumptions and established ways of selling, guiding teams to actively shape customer decisions and deliver sustainable revenue impact in the region.
Your Tasks:
Shape regional commercial success by translating strategy into clear focus and consistent execution.
Represent the region in strategic customer relationships and long‑term commercial dialogue.
Build a strong, engaged organization by developing leaders, teams, and future capabilities.
Establish clarity and alignment through shared priorities, leadership routines, and ways of working.
Create a performance‑oriented yet collaborative environment grounded in company values, quality, and compliance.
Your Profile:
Profound commercial leadership experience (5+ years) in multinational environments, including disciplinary responsibility and accountability for invoiced sales and local revenue plan achievement of a team.
Proven people leadership with a strong track record in performance management, team development, and accountability.
Deep aftermarket expertise, with strong understanding of the local market landscape in France.
Strong academic & strategic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics; advanced degree and formal trainings preferred.
Challenger sales mindset, strong analytical skills; fluent French & English (additional languages a plus).
Willingness to travel within the French territory 40%-50% of the time.
