Main Responsibility

• Analysis of customer requirements and preparation of solutions within the framework of customer orders and /or product/solution development

• Definition and documentation of the scope of works/services required by the customer in accordance with the sales department and guidance of team leader

• Processing, maintenance and conditioning data for customers according to the requirement of projects

• Participate in the establishment and update of the auto parts database to improve the accuracy of parts adaptation

• Cooperation with other corporate divisions like VDS, PADS, Sales, Product etc.

• Assist the leader and overseas colleagues to complete projects

• Other tasks assigned by leader

Qualification

· Experienced in data processing is preferred; Priority given to those with relevant data knowledge of automotive spare parts;

· Good knowledge about customer specific product management tasks in the IAM area (Independent Automotive Aftermarket) will be an added advantage;

· Proficient in Excel/Access/VBA and formula processing operations, Familiar with Python/SQL/Power BI and understand how to apply it in data scenarios;

· A positive attitude, curious, self-motivated and takes responsibility;

· Strong logical analysis ability, good communication and customer oriented.

· A quick leaner and team player

· Basic English in oral and written communication, CET-4 and above preferred
