As IT Engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for providing hands-on IT support and technical expertise to colleagues on-site in Spain. This role requires broad knowledge across workplace technologies, hardware, software, and collaboration tools, and acts as a key enabler for smooth IT operations locally. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory to ensure effective communication and support.
Your Tasks:
Provide on-site IT support for end users in Spain (hardware, software, network, peripherals).
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with central IT teams.
Support device lifecycle management (setup, deployment, maintenance, decommissioning).
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, devices, access).
Act as local contact for Modern Workplace topics (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
Coordinate with central IT and service owners to ensure alignment and escalation.
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles Support local infrastructure (e.g., printers, meeting rooms, network equipment).
Provide on-site support at other Spanish locations when required.
Travel to other offices for IT rollouts, troubleshooting, or project support.
Your Profile:
Degree or vocational training in IT or a related field.
Several years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Broad technical knowledge across hardware, operating systems, and workplace tools.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Basic understanding of networking and device management (e.g., Intune, Active Directory).
Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher, both spoken and written).
Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain and potentially to other company locations.
Flexibility to support users at different sites when needed.

💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency / flexibility:
💯 Hybrid: you'll join us at our Santa Cruz de Tenerife office at least 2-3 days per week, while working the other days remotely.
