Global Compensation & Benefits Partner (m/f/d)

Our Human Relations function brings together over 25 colleagues globally, covering HR Operations, People Development, and Talent Acquisition. This role sits within the HR core team and reports directly to our VP HR, Philipp Rebel.
Being a Global Compensation & Benefits Partner (m/f/d) means....
You will be the strategic advisor in C&B and responsible for creation and management of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide. You will lead and continuously improve the global annual salary and bonus cycle alongside your HR colleagues.
Your mission is to design and continuously evolve a fair, compliant, and competitive Compensation & Benefits framework, balancing market insights, benchmarking, company resources, and local requirements, and ensure it scales with the organization.
You will:
Own the global Compensation & Benefits strategy, including policies, governance, job architecture, grading, and pay structures across all regions.
Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, STI/LTI) and ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong governance.
Advise leaders, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition market positioning, internal equity, and the design of competitive, data-informed compensation offers.
Manage benefits programs and external providers, optimizing cost, quality, and alignment with business needs.
Deliver C&B analytics and lead strategic initiatives, including system improvements, digitalization, projects and reward harmonization.
You will partner with a broad set of stakeholders and collaborate closely with Corporate Steering & Development to drive strategic initiatives.
Your Profile:
You bring extensive international experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong understanding of global practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
You bring a solid HR or business education, ideally with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits; certifications such as GRP or similar are a strong plus.
You bring Hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience in a multi-country context (minimum three countries).
You bring proven expertise in designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits frameworks, ideally in matrix organizations, supported by strong HR systems experience (ideally Dayforce)
You bring hands-on experience building a Compensation & Benefits setup (vendors, tools, frameworks) based on actionable insights from near scratch to scale.
You bring strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills, combined with a structured, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
You bring excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills, with business fluent English; German and Spanish are a plus.
Experience working with works councils or similar employee bodies is a strong plus.
