B2B Sales Representative BeNeLux (m/f/d)

You’ll join a focused regional team of specialists — a Commercial Business Owner, Technical Consultant, Sales Service, and 1stLevel Support — all committed to providing customers with expert guidance, fast responses, and real value throughout the entire aftermarket value chain.
This role drives regional consultative service sales of software and data solutions — not a management position and not product or vehicle sales.
Your role:
Own and develop a regional B2B service‑sales pipeline as part of the Business Focus Team.
Analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored TecAlliance solution proposals.
Drive the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, including closing and structured after‑sales follow‑up.
Build long‑term customer relationships through consultative selling and trust‑based engagement.
Ensure clear documentation, CRM discipline, and structured customer communication.
Your Profile
Experience as a sales professional.
Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate technical input into business value.
Confident, self‑organized, and comfortable working as individual contributor towards personal sales goals.
Experience in automotive aftermarket, IT, or a related B2B environment is a plus, but not required.
Business‑fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
High willingness to travel regionally in Benelux countries

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits
📄 The role is permanent, starting with a 1-year contract and a 1-month probation , continuing indefinitely after a successful performance review.
💪 Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries, 80% is base salary and 20% is variable salary based on your sales goals. Also, there is a holiday allowance.
🏠 For those working hybrid or remote we offer a compensation of 2,40€ per home-office-day.
🚗 Company car: to facilitate your travels we provide you with a company car (full-service leasing) & gasoline card and of course, you can use your car as well for private purposes.

Location-independency / flexibility :
💯 Hybrid Remote: we work primarily hybrid with office attendance, but you can also work remotely from anywhere within the country, when living further from the office location; however we have regular on-site team events, and you can work at our site in Heerlen.
🚀 Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
👩💻 Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.
