📍In this position, you will become part of our Information Management Digitalization Tools Team
The team acts as the internal IT service provider for the TecAlliance Information Management Data Factory.
They are a diverse, global team of 40+ professionals across Europe and Vietnam. They work in small, agile teams, continuously improving how they deliver value.
Their mission: support the IM Data Factory by delivering robust IT solutions, optimizing processes, and reducing manual effort in the critical process of capturing and standardizing vehicle technical data.
Now, they are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who secures and scales our AWS-based application landscape — and directly contributes to achieving our goals.
🔑 This role is a business-critical enabler of stability, scalability, and sustainable platform growth. This role is not support.
That means you will build and manage the operations of our application landscape across all projects and initiatives by:
Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
Implementing and integrating monitoring & alerting solutions across the system landscape
Enforcing security and compliance (least-privilege, encryption, secrets management, regulatory adherence)
Managing AWS cloud environments including backups, disaster recovery, patching, and operational documentation
Troubleshooting production issues and ensuring high availability
Improving scalability and driving cost efficiency within AWS
Continuously evaluating and improving DevOps tooling and standards
Collaborating closely with developers, architects, and product teams
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Significant recent experience in a comparable DevOps / Cloud Engineering role
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS environments and proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools
Experience managing and operating cloud-based applications and solutions
Solid understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and Cloud cost efficiency
Professional English skills
Cloud certifications are a plus
