SALES TRAINEE

About the Role
The Sales Trainee supports TecAlliance’s sales team in developing the Mexican market. This role assists with customer interactions, market research, proposals, and presentations while learning sales processes and client management. The trainee gains practical experience in business development, customer relationship management, and the automotive industry.
The role contributes to TecAlliance’s market presence in Mexico while building the skills and knowledge necessary to grow into a full sales role under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus
Support the sales team in account management and business development activities.
Assist in customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Collaborate with product specialists to understand client expectations.
Learn sales processes and relationship-building practices.
Daily Tasks
Accompany senior sales staff on customer visits and meetings.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain customer relationships and prospecting activities under supervision.
Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare sales reports and summaries.
Goals & Objectives
Gain hands-on experience in sales processes and client management.
Complete assigned tasks and learning objectives within agreed timelines.
Contribute to team goals through customer support and administrative activities.
Collaboration & Reporting
Document sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare simple reports or data summaries for the sales team.
Provide feedback and ideas for improving sales processes.
Represent TecAlliance professionally at client visits, events, and trade shows.
Your Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering-related field
