About the Role
The Catalog Analyst Trainee is responsible for collecting, recording, auditing, and cataloging detailed vehicle and article data in the company’s database according to established input guidelines. This role ensures high levels of data quality and accuracy, supporting TecAlliance customers and business partners with relevant technical information.
By ensuring data integrity, the Catalog Analyst Trainee contributes directly to the reliability of product data and overall customer satisfaction within the Mexican automotive market, with potential interaction with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus
Catalog and link vehicle and article data according to input guidelines.
Prepare and document technical vehicle data.
Analyze, convert, and process data from third-party systems.
Maintain, alter, and review available data to ensure quality.
Provide customer support via phone and electronic communication.
Daily Tasks
Enter vehicle and article data into the corporate database.
Prepare technical documentation.
Conduct quality assurance checks on catalog data.
Communicate with customers and business partners to clarify and update information.
Goals & Objectives
Improve workload distribution among analysts.
Support automation of cataloging processes.
Build knowledge of ACES, PIES, and TecDoc standards.
Collaboration & Reporting
Maintain reporting and documentation based on ACES and PIES templates.
Ensure internal control of activities and compliance with guidelines.
Suggest process improvements for data methodologies.
