Junior Data Specialist (TecData Hub)
About the Role
The Junior Data Specialist – Catalog Preparation (TecData Hub) is responsible for collecting, auditing, and registering detailed vehicle and parts data for the Brazilian automotive market. This role ensures accurate cataloguing by linking partner parts data to the vehicle database, identifying, interpreting, and recording information with high precision.
Working closely with partners and internal teams, this role contributes directly to the accuracy, integrity, and quality of TecAlliance’s vehicle and parts catalogues.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus
Catalog and link vehicle and product data in databases.
Ensure compliance with established cataloguing formats and guidelines.
Maintain updated technical documentation.
Daily Tasks
Prepare and record vehicle and product data into the database.
Match partner products to vehicles according to defined standards.
Convert, analyze, and process data from third-party systems.
Review and maintain data quality.
Search for new and reliable data sources.
Goals & Objectives
Guarantee high-quality, accurate data cataloguing.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
Continuously maintain technical documentation.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with partners to obtain and validate data.
Work with internal teams to ensure process accuracy and improvements.
Identify opportunities to optimize data processes and cataloguing methodologies.
Your Profile
Education
Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Mechanical Technician (in progress acceptable).
Other specializations considered with strong automotive knowledge.
Experience
Previous experience in data operations within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of vehicles and components.
Familiarity with data methodologies and quality assurance practices.
Exposure to stakeholder collaboration in data-related activities is an advantage.
Skills & Tools
Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel (formulas and macros), Windows, Outlook, Office, Internet.
Data Management: Vehicle and product data cataloguing, quality assurance.
Data Analysis Tools (Desirable): SQL, Python, R.
Other: Passion for vehicles, parts, and automotive knowledge.

Hybrid Schedule – Work from home four (4) days a week; one (1) day in-office if you reside in São José dos Campos or in the surrounding areas.1 day per month if living in the São Paulo state in 150 km distance from São José dos Campos.
