We are seeking a Product Owner/Manager with both strategic vision and technical depth to jointly create industry-leading enterprise-level product solutions! Job Responsibilities

•  Define all API product (including TecDoc, TecCom and TecRMI) roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities (e.g., monetization, integration expansion, performance improvement). Full life-cycle management of API product.Establish API product indexes system. Monitor API performance (latency, uptime, error rates) and user feedback; iterate on products to fix issues, add new features, or optimize usability.
• Work with development teams (both internal and external) to design API specifications, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver on roadmap milestones based on agile methods.
• Lead API launch and adoption initiatives, including training sessions, developer outreach, support system integration and tracking key adoption metrics (e.g., API call volume, integration success rate). Align with cross-functional teams to understand customer integration needs and ensure API products support revenue and retention goals.
• Expert client (as a representative of the internal and external stakeholders) who represents the technical point of view, develops requirements together with the function lead or forwards requirements and assesses the subsequent implementation of the specifications about functionality, usability, performance and quality.
• Cooperate with security team to ensure the solutions developed is compliance with China regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years of system integration experience
  • Automotive industry-specific experience is a plus
  • Prototype skill (e.g.: Figma and etc.)
  • Experience in managing the expectations of the various stakeholders

Hard skill

• Basic Database retrieve skill
• Process design (e,g: BPMN, UML and etc.)

Function skill:

• Very good knowledge of agile methods and tools
• Experience in managing the expectations of the various stakeholders
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
