As Team Lead Garage Support (m/f/d), you’ll lead a dedicated team that helps workshop customers solve complex technical or electronic vehicle issues, ensuring they receive reliable data and expert assistance every day.
Your Tasks:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a team of Garage Support Representatives focused on providing technical support to independent workshops.
- Drive Performance: Take full ownership of team results, including resource and budget planning, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Plan & Execute: Ensure effective planning, reporting, and control of ongoing projects to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
- Empower & Support: Make sure all team members are well-trained, supported, and equipped to deliver top-quality, person-centered service.
- Collaborate Globally: Define clear goals, align with international departments, and ensure all employees understand and achieve their objectives.
Your Qualification
- Automotive Expertise: Strong understanding of the aftermarket, repair processes, and electronic troubleshooting.
- Analytical Skills: Confident with data handling, reporting, and tools such as Excel; Access/SQL are a plus.
- Leadership Experience: 4–5 years in people management, with proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Customer Orientation: Skilled in communication and solution-driven handling of customer needs.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (Spanish, French or Italian is a plus).

Location-independency/flexibility:
💯 Hybrid Remote: we work remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
🚀 Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
