Main Tasks

• Analyze and create concepts of user interfaces.

• Ensure excellent user experience and usability of the software products.
• Design, implementation and analysis of usability evaluation projects, usability tests, user surveys, and expert reviews.
• Create wireframes, screen mockups, flowcharts, scenarios, and interactive prototypes.
• Support the agile team on implementation of UX and UI.
• Be responsible for knowledge-sharing about usability and user experience.

Job Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design.
• Education or study as a graphic artist or comparable practical experience.
• Several years of experience in dealing with international customers, service providers and partners.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude.
• Focused on quality.
• Can do mentality.
• Ability to work independently.
• Decision-making capability.
• Good teamworking and communication skills.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
• Fluent English language skills is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Education or study as a graphic artist or comparable practical experience.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
• A UX-driven approach, with stronger expertise in user experience.
