Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support your team in a motivating and trust-based way – backing them in decisions, helping them grow, and placing the right people in the right roles.
- Foster a positive, open work culture where feedback is welcome and every team member can truly be themselves.
- Set and align team goals with internal and global stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and collaborative achievement.
- Own the operational results of your team through structured resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical goals, maintaining and managing product backlogs where necessary.
- Improve and implement internal guidelines to ensure quality and cost-effective outputs across the team.
- Ensure all team members—current and new—receive proper onboarding, assessment, and tailored support.
- Manage long-term absences in a proactive and people-oriented way, supporting return-to-work processes and coordinating with external case managers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading teams with a supportive and situational leadership style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a trustworthy and approachable demeanor.
- Strong structured thinking and a high degree of analytical capability.
- Comfortable using modern tools and leveraging technology to optimize work processes.
- A customer-first mindset, always thinking in terms of opportunities and solutions.
- Ability to turn ideas into action with strong implementation skills.
- Fluent in English (other language skills are a plus).

💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
🏠 For those working hybrid or remote we offer a compensation of 2,40€ per home-office-day.
🌏 Travel expenditure reimbursement for those working in hybrid mode: you get € 0,23 per KM of your commuting .

Location-independency / flexibility:
💯 Hybrid Remote: we work primarily hybrid with office attendance, but you can also work remotely from anywhere within the country, when living further from the office location; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at our site in Heerlen.
🚀 Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
👩💻 Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.
