Global HR Expert (m/f/d) – Compliance, Processes & Audits

P&O at TecAlliance means 25+ global colleagues across HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Reception, and our Operations Experts, known as PSP.
As our People & Organization (P&O) team continues to grow, we are introducing a key role that will strengthen our global HR foundation and drive operational excellence.
This role is designed to establish, align, and implement global HR policies and processes that ensure transparency, efficiency, and full compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. It plays a critical part in identifying and closing compliance gaps, particularly in areas related to labor law, corporate compliance, and ISO standards.
By shifting the organization from ad hoc decision-making to structured, fair, and consistent practices, this role supports a culture of accountability, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted HR expert and consultant to the business, this position ensures that policies and processes are not only compliant but also practical, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a dynamic global organization.
Your tasks are:
- Strategic Planning: Align and plan HR policies and procedures with business strategy.
- Process Implementation: Design, align, and visualize global P&O policies and processes; support implementation in daily operations and systems like Dayforce.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage PSPs, legal officers, and business leads in process development and updates; ensure clear communication and integration.
- Audit Responsibility: Lead internal and external HR audit processes.
- Risk Management: Identify and address gaps in policies, outdated processes, and compliance risks.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all HR processes meet local legal requirements and internal standards.
You're the Ideal Profile If You...
- Are an HR expert (m/f/d) with deep knowledge of compliance, labor law, and ISO standards in Germany - any other european knowledge is highly beneficial.
- Have relevant experience in designing and implementing global HR processes, compliance and policies in a similar role (HR Compliance Specialist, HR Process. Specialist, HR Compliance Expert, HR Policy & Governance Advisor)
- Have experience with BPMN and can visualize processes in relevant tool such as Visio, Ares, Stages or similar.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, translating complex compliance needs into practical solutions.
- Are fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
