System Architect

Job Description:
- Responsible for system's architecture design to ensure high availability, high performance and good security.
- Responsible for system's technology selection and propose technical improvement solution according to business demand and risk factors.
- Responsible for system's project management (may involve 3rd party) to ensure system on-time delivery and meeting quality and performance expectation.
- Responsible for architect and technical standard establishment and new technology research.
- Responsible for establishing system performance test process and perform test with problem detecting, so that system meets performance expectation.
- Responsible for establishing maintenance plan to ensure system's stability and reliability.
- Support Cyber Security Officer to establish system security strategy to ensure our systems matches MLPS and industry standard and protect our systems from any kind of attack and threat.
- Good communication skill between different department to ensure our systems meet business demand.
Qualifications:
- Holding at least bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major.
- At least 5 years working experience in related position. More than 3 years experience in system architect design and management, or more than 3 years project management experience.
- Familiar with popular development languages and tools, such as Java, Python, Go and etc.
- Obtain project management skills,especially agile development such as SPRINT. Certified by PMP, Prince2 and equivalent is a plus.
- Have experience in architecture design and know architecture patterns such as MVVM, DDD and Microservices. Know database such as MySQL, Redis and etc.
- Good soft skill for communication and coordination. Have good problem solving skills. Able to shoulder work pressure while maintaining creative thinking.
- Good English reading and writing skills. Able to understand English documents. Working in international company is a plus. Very good decision-making ability. Strong cross-departmental and analytical thinking.
