Enable the team to develop and maintain the highest standards of data competency and accuracy for our customers while overseeing and managing all aspects of production operations. These include planning, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products/information/data for China region, including vehicle data, OE data, Repair and Maintenance information. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, automation, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Information Management team for China region, foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional information data production strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Plan and ensure the organizational, methodological, conceptual and technical requirements to serve customers' needs .
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that production operations meet their needs and expectations.
• Responsibility for process compliance and continuous improvement of processes/ tools/ methods/ reporting.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage project timelines, ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Highly collaboration and communication with global Information management team, cross-functional teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and implement new data technologies and best practices, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, and China data standards, market developments, and emerging technologies in the IAM data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Outstanding know-how and many years of professional experience in information management with an automotive focus (IAM)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, data research, or analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of information production, such as data/information management
• Strong knowledge of the automotive vehicle repair & maintenance industry and automotive aftermarket. Data management of Electric vehicles will be plus.
• Data resourcing experience will be plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BI), with strong ability to work with Excel. Knowledge of Access & SQL is an added asset.
• Experiences in people management, at least lead a team of 10 people
• Strong experience in project management, PMP or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Confident handling of risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once and to define efficient processes during hyper-growth
• End-to-end process orientation with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• High level of quality awareness
• Efficient handling of changing priorities
• Fluent English
