We are looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) in part-time (12-30 hours) to ensure smooth front-desk operations and support our team with administrative tasks.

Our Facility & Office Services Team works closely together on-site, covering areas such as facility management, reception, cleaning, canteen, and fleet services to create a pleasant work environment for our employees. In addition, you will be part of a broader network of front-desk colleagues at our other locations in Germany and internationally. They will be there to share their experience and provide support whenever needed.

Become part of our success story as a Receptionist (m/f/d) in part-time (12-30 hours) in one our offices in Weikersheim.
Your Tasks:
- Managing postal services – Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Office preparation – Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and fully equipped, as well as maintaining office supplies.
- Administrative support – Assisting with day-to-day office tasks and providing organizational support to various departments.
- Greeting guests & customer service – Welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Coordination & communication – Supporting internal communication and coordination between teams.
Your Profile:
- Strong organizational skills – You keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Service-oriented mindset – You enjoy helping others and creating a positive office atmosphere.
- Proactive & hands-on attitude – You see what needs to be done and take initiative.
- Good communication skills – Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in office administration or reception is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) – Required for occasional driving tasks.

💯 Hybrid Remote: we work remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
