We are currently looking for a proactive candidate with a passion in selling solutions for automotive industry.
You will be part of a dynamic Business Focus Team of five experts: Commercial Business Owner, Sales Manager, Technical Consultant, Sales Service, and 1st Level Support. Ideally based in the region they serve (e.g., BeNeLux), the team ensures comprehensive product expertise and fast response times for our customers.
Together, you will oversee the entire value chain—from car manufacturers to spare part manufacturers, traders, and garages—with one key mission: delivering real added value to our customers.

Your Tasks:
- Understand customer needs & find the perfect solution – You analyze customer requirements and match them with the right TecAlliance solutions.
- Present & showcase our products – You master TecDoc and TecRMI and demonstrate to prospects how our solutions can drive their success.
- Build trust & long-term relationships – You become a reliable partner for our customers and develop strong, sustainable business connections.
- More than just closing deals – after-sales matters too – You maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers, identifying new opportunities and ensuring satisfaction.
- Guide the sales process to success – From the first contact to closing the deal, you manage the entire sales cycle with confidence and efficiency.
- Turn technical details into real value – You communicate clearly and translate complex technical information into real business opportunities.
- Stay organized & in control – Whether it’s CRM, follow-ups, or documentation, your structured approach keeps everything on track.
Your Profile:
- Customer-Centric Approach – You can explain our solutions in a clear and engaging way, highlighting our unique selling points to win customers in a competitive market.
- B2B Sales Expertise – You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive aftermarket or IT industry.
- Confident & Self-Driven – You work independently, structured, and self-motivated, while maintaining a confident and professional presence.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills – You excel in analyzing data, presenting solutions, and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy – You are comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 to manage your sales activities.
- Willingness to Travel – You enjoy traveling and are open to frequent business trips within Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and to our offices in Germany (hotel accommodation provided).
- Language Skills – You are business fluent in Dutch and English. French and German would be a plus.

💪 Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries, 80% is base salary and 20% is variable salary based on your sales goals.

Location-independency / flexibility :
💯 Hybrid Remote: we work primarily hybrid with office attendance, but you can also work remotely from anywhere within the country, when living further from the office location; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at our site in Heerlen.
🚀 Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
👩💻 Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.
