Join TecAlliance as a VDS Specialist and play a key role in ensuring Vehicle data accuracy for industry-leading solutions for product management and cataloguing in the Southeast Asian (SEA) automotive aftermarket.

Your Role:

As a VDS Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and verifying vehicle related automotive data. You need to ensure high-quality and reliable information in our databases for Southeast Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate vehicle attribute data entry into company databases following relevant guidelines.
• Follow company workflows, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Together with our data analyst team, gather and verify domestic and international vehicle data and parts information from reliable sources.
• Identify and correct data errors using structured workflows.
• Generate insightful reports and support leaders in data-driven decision-making.
• Provide internal support to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Data Management, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

• 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, All Terrain-, and Utility-vehicle interest and knowledge.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (aftermarket spare part experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, SQL is a plus).
• Ability to work with large datasets (prior experience is a bonus).

Soft Skills:

• Ability to communicate with Motorbike and Scooter dealers, spare part distributors and repair workshops.
• English communication skills (written & verbal) to communicate with colleagues and other stakeholders in Southeast Asia.
• Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Self-disciplined, self-starter, and honest work ethic.
• Strong team player who can work under pressure.
