Join our team in our office in Tenerife or within your homeoffice in Spain as Agile Master (m/f/d), you´ll optimize collaboration, remove impediments, and support team growth in a global, agile environment. Within this role, you´ll have regular contact with our developers in Vietnam. 

Your taks:

• Optimize collaboration and identify areas of improvement within agile, global teams.
• Enhance communication, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking across team members.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure a productive environment.
• Support decision-making, talent growth, and team-building to achieve goals and foster team development.

Your profile:

• Proven project and team management skills, in a decentralized, international environment, ideally in software development, IT, and/or related processes and procedures.
• Experienced in managing multi-cultural teams
• Experienced in agile methods and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, ideally certified in a recognized agile method.
• Experience with collaborative tools like Microsoft DevOps and Office 365 including Teams, routine and experience in Miro
• Fluent in English - German of advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally (roughly once a year to Asia)
