Cyber Security Officer_China

Main responsibilities
- Ensure TecAlliance China is in full compliance with MLPS 2.0 and all other applicable regulation requirements in China
- Allocate budget and resources accordingly
- Maintain risk landscape for TecAlliance China and advice management accordingly
- Provide technical consultation, guidance, and assistance to management, business unit contacts and internal customers to ensure the protection of TecAlliance
Main tasks
- Conduct regular cyber security assessment as required and deliver annual cyber security assessment result with key stakeholders.
- Lead MLPS 2.0 compliance activities, conduct regular MLPS 2.0 self-assessment for in-scope information systems, align mitigation suggestions with key stakeholders and track for compliance status.
- Architect and design secure solutions using industry best practices and knowledge of Enterprise IT and HGS policies, standards and baselines, and interpretation of external regulation requirements.
- Drive technical initiatives for corporate cyber security within China
- Provide technical consultation, guidance, and assistance to management, business unit contacts and internal customers to ensure the protection of TecAlliance by integrating controls, processes, and procedures into all services and products used by the enterprise.
- Support cyber security relevant certification/qualification assessment and ad hoc response to external parties.
- Generate transparency of risks related to information security
- Closely align with Privacy and HQ Security
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in the field of IT security
- Familiarity with China regulation requirements related to cyber security and data protection
- Experience in Security Architecture
- Experience in Project Management
- Ideally experience in software development
- Ideally experience in incident management
- Strong cross-functional thinking
- Very good analytical skills
- Safe appearance, excellent communication and presentation skills
- High Independence
- Fluent English
