People Service Partner
Goal:
To be responsible for performing a variety of human resource day-to-day operations including but not limited to the area of employment, compensation and benefits, training, human resource management system and employee relations. To nurture a positive working environment and people first culture
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively focus on employee engagement and retention as well as leadership and management strategies
2. Manage the employee’s life cycle process including on/off-boarding arrangement, people movement, probation management, contract renewal, promotion and salary review
3. Make the annual HC planning & Personal cost budgeting/analysis and update the monthly version to Finance
4. Partner with line managers on manpower planning, sourcing and retention initiatives in order to achieve organization goals and business needs.
5. Serve as HR Business Partner to provide advices, services and solutions to line managers on all employees related matters
6. Liaise with line managers to identify and schedule training for employees and ensure effectiveness of training provided
7. Have weekly meetings with HR colleagues for different topics in Europe and participate in development of the global P&O objectives and systems, projects etc.
8. Build/maintain HR policies and process that is complied with local, state and federal laws and regulations
9. Support relevant internal and external audit and compliance review
10. Liaise with respective authority bodies ie LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRD, MDEC for expats when needed
11. Ensure timely updating and verification of employee leave record and update record in all relevant HR systems
12. Assist with employee benefits administration including insurance and expenses claim and ensure timely collection and submission of claims to Finance
13. Planning, organization and implementation of various activities of the company including team building, festive celebration lunch/dinner
14. Oversee the office administration and supplies and facilities management
15. Fulfill other work assigned by the HOD from time to time

Qualifications:
1. Possess relevant degree in human resource management, business administration
2. Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 2022 and other labor regulations
3. Good knowledge of MS office
4. Experience with building HR processes
5. Experience of 5 years and above in sizeable company
