We're looking for an international HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will help us transform the company to the next level. Your tasks include:

• Advisor and sparring partner to leaders on strategic issues related to employee recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, people strategy
• Promoting continuous organizational and productivity improvements
• Supporting projects in strategy, structure, process and team development in the area of responsibility
• Participation in the (further) development of HR tools / processes / systems within the scope of HR projects as well as leading projects in the HR field

Job Qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR position or in HR organizational consulting in an international environment
• Experience in strategic HR work and in advising executives
• Ideally, you already have experience in project management and system implementations
• Very good knowledge of German and English
