Your mission:
<p><strong>Within this role your main responsibilities will be:</strong><br />• Supporting the ambitious goal of acquisition and establishment of new customers<br />by efficiently organising and performing sales activities (winning new customers:<br />Industry and Distribution, maintaining contacts) including visiting and/or participating in trade fairs<br />• Representing TecAlliance at meetings with customers and individual presentations of TecAlliance<br />Solutions</p> <p><strong>Main Tasks:</strong><br />• Supporting the expansion and care of the existing customer base for the entire TecAlliance solution<br />portfolio with a focus on specific business areas<br />• Close cooperation with the sales manager responsible for the customers as well as in -house and<br />external partners and interfaces<br />• Preparing and drawing up offers and contracts in consultation with the responsible sales manager<br />sharing responsibility for the signing of the contract<br />• Identifying up- or cross-selling opportunities and consulting with the responsible sales manager<br />• Support in observing the competitive situation and trends in the business area<br />• External presentation and market positioning of TecAlliance by participating in industry events to<br />maintain contacts and personal relationships<br />• Excellent in-depth knowledge of the products and solutions relevant to the business Division<br />• Technical sales support for the sales manager responsible for the customers<br />• Assistance in conducting user training courses<br />• Acquisition and establishment of new customers in the area of branded (OEM) and independent (IAM) workshops</p>
Your qualifications:
<p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong><br />• Basic knowledge of the sales department (sales structure, sales tools and instruments)<br />• Understanding of the automotive technology sector and Automotive aftermarket<br />• Network is fundamental! Relationship with main actors of Automotive Aftermanket is a MUST: AM<br />parts manufacturers, wholesalers, shops, market places, e-commerces platforms.<br />• Extremely proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)<br />• Experience with customer support in the aftermarket business sector as well as up-to-date knowledge of this market.</p> <p><strong>Methodological and Personal Skills:</strong><br />• Excellent communication skills (including confident manner, eloquent communication style)<br />• Well-structured working style<br />• High degree of networking competence (knowledge of organisational structures, interfaces, etc.)<br />• High level of personal initiative and flexibility<br />• Thinks across departments and is extremely dedicated to customers<br />• High performance orientation<br />• Willingness to travel<br />• Ability to work in an independent, goal-oriented and efficient manner</p> <p><strong>Language Skills:</strong><br />• Native/ Fluent in Portuguese (BR)<br />• English knowledge is necessary for internal communication</p> <p>You will operate throughout the Brazilian territory, you must live in São Paulo's city (around) or Campinas' city (or around)</p> <p> </p>
