<p>In this position, you are the contact person for our customers. Your task is the technical and general support and advice for customer inquiries and master data management:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Independently and competently you analyze the problems or error messages of the received queries and coordinate the solving of issues.</li> <li>You document solutions in the ticket system and are responsible for adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a timely feedback with customers.</li> <li>You support us in new and further developing of our software solutions.</li> <li>Furthermore, establishing new business relationships is one of your tasks.</li> </ul>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>You have professional experience in 1st level support or in a ticket system call center.</li> <li>Ideally, you already have knowledge of web services.</li> <li>In any case, you are a very customer-oriented and communicative person. </li> <li>You work independently and reliably and you are a team player.</li> <li>Fluent Dutch, French and English language skills are required, other languages are a plus.</li> </ul>
