<ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Product-specific and individualized consulting services for industry and wholesaler clients within the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM)</li> <li>Management and execution of customer projects and assignments</li> <li>(User) trainings for and assistance on the functional and technical implementation of TecAlliance solutions at our parts industry and wholesaler</li> <li>Analysis of customer requirements, execution of product and implementation workshops, project documentation, focus on logistics platform (forecast, order management, replenishment)</li> <li>Close collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders (Presales, Solution- und Product Management)</li> <li>Contribution to the digital knowledge management of our department, establishment of innovative and product- and customer-oriented communities</li> </ul>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Several years of project experience in the implementation of the SAP module SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP module MM (material management) as well as in-depth experience in customizing</li> <li>Several years of practical experience in process- or IT- consulting</li> <li>First experiences with S/4 HANA</li> <li>Process knowledge in supply chain management desirable</li> <li>Well versed with methods and tools of requirements analysis, project management, presentation, argumentation and workshop techniques as well as with order processing</li> <li>A customer- and service-oriented attitude, you enjoy directly working with customers</li> <li>Self-confidence, strong communicative and analytical skills, problem-solving skills as well as curiosity and courage to find creative solutions</li> <li>You bring a positive attitude and are open-minded and interested and responsibly.</li> <li>Your way of working is structured, independent and self-motivated.</li> <li>You enjoy working in a team and contributing your intercultural competence.</li> <li>Fluent German and English language skills and the willingness to occasional business trips complete your profile.</li> </ul>
