Your mission:

<p>As Product Owner (m/f/d) for our new product "workshop booking solution" you set requirements and evaluate the later implementation of these in terms of functionality, usability, performance and quality. <p>Your area of responsibility:</p>
<ul>
<li>You define and communicate a clear product vision that represents the needs of the customers (industry and wholesale).</li>
<li>You are in regular contact with customers and users to fully understand their needs and requirements.</li>
<li>You are responsible for the product backlog: You develop user stories, populate the product backlog, and prioritize backlog items with a focus on delivering value-added product increments.</li>
<li>You are in charge of continuous evaluation as well as adaptation and further development of the product.</li>
<li>You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of international developers to ensure requirements are understood, refined and implemented.</li>
<li>You create and maintain the release plan as well as a product roadmap.</li>
<li>You support your sales colleagues during product presentations to customers.</li>

Your qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Completed education or degree in IT and/or automotive or other related field.</li>
<li>Several years of professional experience in agile software and product development in cross-functional and international teams</li>
<li>Very good knowledge of various product and project management methods</li>
<li>Experience in dealing with international customers preferably from the automotive industry, wholesale trade</li>
<li>Experience in cost and budget management as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking</li>
<li>Very good strategic and coordination skills as well as strong decision-making abilities</li>
<li>Strong presentation and moderation skills</li>
<li>Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 15-20%)</li>
<li>Fluent in German and English</li>
