<ul> <li>Acquisition and development of new customers through efficient organization and implementation of sales activities, maintenance of contacts, including visits to and presentations at trade fairs</li> <li>Maintaining and expansion of existing business relationships in up- or cross-selling</li> <li>Representation of TecAlliance at customer meetings as well as individual presentations of all TecAlliance solutions from the Business unit </li> <li>Close cooperation with internal teams and external partners across all locations</li> <li>Independent preparation and elaboration of offers, conduct of contract negotiations on all business levels of the customer and interested party</li> <li>Development of new or supplementary marketing concepts</li> <li>Participation in regional and international projects in sales development</li> <li>Close cooperation and coordination with other sales employees, especially in the cross-divisional areas of up- or cross-selling</li> <li>Market observation and competition analysis</li> <li>Sales control and reporting, responsibility for target achievement (sales and earnings)</li> <li>Coordination of projects</li> </ul>
<ul> <li>Several years of professional experience in Independent Automotive Aftermarket and a "sales gene" with a pronounced customer focus</li> <li>Confident and work self-motivated, independent and well structured</li> <li>Dutch as well as your English language skills are business fluent. French would be a plus</li> <li>Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications</li> <li>Familiar with the IT industry and have an interest in and knowledge of IT products and you like continuous learning</li> <li>Strong analysis, presentation and communication skills as a team player as well as a high willingness to travel (around 80% of your working time, with hotel accommodation) </li> </ul>
