<p>The aim of the position is to ensure that the organization acts in accordance with the applicable laws as well as the requirements of our customers. You´ll own our Code of Conduct, enhance it and take care of its implementation:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Definition of processes, compliance guidelines and protocols</li> <li>Establishing the compliance assessment criteria and setting up a system for tracking and documentation</li> <li>Perform compliance audits to determine if established protocols are being followed and where they can be improved</li> <li>Tracking of international legal regulations and changes as well as corresponding customer requirements regarding our organization and updating of our guidelines</li> <li>Documentation and publication of compliance processes and CSR successes</li> <li>Close cooperation with colleagues from Risk Management, Accounting, the Data Protection Department and People & Organization.</li> </ul>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>You already have several years of professional experience in a similar role in risk management, compliance, or auditing, ideally with a compliance certification.</li> <li>You have experience in project management, strong time management and organizational skills.</li> <li>You are well versed with analysis and interpretation of complex documents and guidelines.</li> <li>You work in a structured and independent way with high quality awareness.</li> <li>You are self-reflective with strong sense of ethical and moral values</li> <li>You are capable of dealing with conflicts, you are solution-oriented and able to convince others.</li> <li>Fluent German and English language skills and the willingness to occasionally worldwide travelling complete your profile.</li> </ul>
