Our Information Management division operates as TecAlliance Data Factory and its pivotal role in our organization stems from its expertise in procuring worldwide automotive aftermarket data and harmonizing it into a universal standard for our valued clients. In a global context, diverse standards from different countries' transport authorities and data providers can pose significant challenges. This is precisely where our Information Management unit excels by meticulously standardizing data from various sources, transforming raw data into a pristine "gold standard." This gold standard, easily accessible to our clients, forms the bedrock of our core business.

As a Agile Master (m/f/d) in our Information Management department you are part of a cross-functional and diverse team of IT and data-engineering professionals to enhance digitalisation in data production and customer services in automotive aftermarket.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Master (m/f/d) to join our innovative team. As an Agile Master (m/f/d), you will play a important role in driving and implementing agile methodologies across our projects.

This position is part-time with 12-20h/week.

Job Definition 

• Coach and Mentor the Team: Provide coaching and mentoring to the cross-functional team in adopting and embracing agile principles, ensuring continuous improvement in their processes and delivery
• Ensure Team Empowerment: Empower the team to make decisions, take ownership of their work, and foster a self-organising culture
• Team & Individual Development: Identify development opportunities and support the individual as well as the team in their progress
• Eliminate Obstacles: Identify and eliminate impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding of project status and objectives
• Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team
• Plan and Moderate Meetings: Take charge of moderating meetings with finesse, ensuring all participants are engaged, discussions stay on track, and objectives are met efficiently

Job Qualification

• 2 years demonstrated experience in applying and coaching agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar is ideal, but it's the mindset that counts for us!
• Agile certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
• Ability to recognize gaps between should and is state, evaluate options for actions for development and improvements and implement them- especially with regard to personnel and team development
• Team player: you can collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and team members
  
• Experience in working with intercultural teams is a plus - but you can also gain this experience with us :)
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, as this is our working language
