Our Information Management division operates as TecAlliance Data Factory and its pivotal role in our organization stems from its expertise in procuring worldwide automotive aftermarket data and harmonizing it into a universal standard for our valued clients. In a global context, diverse standards from different countries' transport authorities and data providers can pose significant challenges. This is precisely where our Information Management unit excels by meticulously standardizing data from various sources, transforming raw data into a pristine "gold standard." This gold standard, easily accessible to our clients, forms the bedrock of our core business.

As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) in our Information Management department you are part of a cross-functional and diverse team of IT and data-engineering professionals to enhance digitalisation in data production and customer services in automotive aftermarket.

This position is part-time with 12-20h/week. We are open to permanent employment or working student position.

Job Definition

The position involves actively managing relationships to keep external partners and internal team members informed and engaged. On the one hand, this includes empowering users through comprehensive training sessions and involving them as well as the team in and inform about the next steps within the roll-out plan. On the other hand this means supporting the Product Owner in guiding the team through planning, design, and execution phases, promoting creativity and collaborative problem-solving. 

Your tasks in a nutshell: 

• Promote stakeholder relationships through proactive and open communication to keep our partners informed and engaged
• Strengthen users through comprehensive training sessions for our innovative product. From crafting training materials to executing a strategic rollout plan, be the driving force behind user proficiency
• Work together with the Product Owner to shape and drive the product vision. Contribute to the design process and refine requirements, to ensure that our product stays at the forefront of industry innovation
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to fine-tune the product realisation process, from backlog management to strategic release planning to ensure a smooth journey from concept to delivery
• Forster seamless communication and transparency within our dynamic team to ensure everyone is on the same page when it comes to decisions and the roadmap ahead
• Take charge of keeping our documentation up-to-date, ensuring that it accurately reflects our product and processes

Your Profile

• First professional experience in a similar field, as a working student or internship is sufficient 
• First experiences in stakeholder and requirement management
• In-depth knowledge of Product Owner activities or even certification is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, as this is our working language
