Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Goal:
- Ensures implementation of effective people strategies and activities to help the organization to develop people and organizational capabilities to execute the corporate strategy across whole Asia Pacific region (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan)
- To ensure the People & Organization (P&O) department's operations run smoothly and effectively and provide the required services for Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan (approx. 15 FTE)
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and input on strategy, structure, processes and team (development) for Asia Pacific region
- Align with People Service Partner in Malaysia on P&O topics (approx. 30 FTE)
- Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency
- Question and challenge leads to get to the root of people- and business-issues
- Influence and build relationships with people throughout the company
- Provide an effective and dedicated P&O service to employees in all employee-relation matters
- Facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
- Participate in development of P&O objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
- Handle all administrative tasks, including employee contracts, onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
- Maintain data in the P&O information systems and observe accuracy and compliance
- Ensure legal compliance with P&O state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws; coordinate the updating of policies and procedures as required
- Any other duty as and when assigned by manager

Qualifications:
- Possess relevant degree in human resource management, business administration
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor regulations and HR best practices
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Experience with building HR processes
- Experience of 5 years and above in sizeable company
