TecAlliance interconnects entirely global automotive aftermarket data & knowledge from order to invoice. Over 900+ colleagues work relentlessly globally together in 140 countries and counting. We are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, or ZF and proudly connect all data for them.
This newly created role leads the way for our eastern european sales efforts in building up these markets almost from scratch. You "own" the market and we´re looking for an expert (m/f/d) to tell us how to build up that market.
You own our entire sales management for Eastern Europe (precisely Romania / Czech Republic and Hungary) which is why you´re ideally located in one of these countries and work from your Homeoffice.
Your direct lead Fabrizio is excited to welcome you and you´d be joining his team of 25+ colleagues working together across Europe.
You own the entire sales cycle and represent us from hunting to farming or acquiring to retaining – be it via online meetings, on-site client visits or trade fairs
You see an opportunity and directly up or cross-sell – because you just love to see potential become sales
Everything in your hands – you own the entire process including offer preparation and contract negotiations
You´re collaborating with your colleagues from other BUs to holistically win, upsell or cross-sell current or future clients
You´re connecting your market knowledge with our sales projects to provide a top-notch sales process and continuously develop it with us
You own your target achievement and keep your sales and earnings nice and tidy within our reporting system
Your ideal profile:
Experience in sales development in Romania, Czech or Hungary (or at best in multiple of them)
Profound B2B sales experience, ideally from the automotive or IT industry
Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications
High willingness to travel (with hotel accommodation) within Eastern Europe (Hungary, Romania & the Czech Republic)
Business fluent in English as well as one language of the sales area (i.e. Romania, Czech or Hungarian)
