We are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, or ZF and act as information hub and process facilitator for them. Each and every standardized process ensures that you assist your clients in saving cost (i.e. process cost, indirect cost) and time with more efficient processes that were enabled by the software you´re selling.
Our business unit “Order Manager” takes care of our clients smooth order-to-invoice management process – essentially we are an information hub for the entire automotive aftermarket . You´ll be part of 100+ colleagues and you´re reporting directly into Alexander Bresslau (VP Order Manager) that is excited to have you onboard. Essentially, you are selling our service from a commercial point of view and understand a supply chain process.
During your first chat with us you´ll get to know some of your colleagues as well since our BU Order Manager works fully agile. This role can be started as soon as possible, is an unlimited full-time employment and can be performed nationwide in Germany from Homeoffice or alternatively from one of our sites in Germany.
Your role in a nutshell:
Customized remote Consulting (Tele/Virtual Sales Outbound/Inbound): you analyze your customers´ pain points and turn/present them into pay points
Farmer´s focus: you´re a champion in cross/upselling initiatives that help us to sell our solutions to our existing customers
You´re a knowledge center for our products & services: you maintain a strong knowledge of our offers in order to enhance our customers experience
Data quality means less feedback loops: complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed in order to ensure that we´re on top of our game
On site meetings with clients: your field sales colleagues pitch our services and you are in charge for the deep dive via phone / remote meetings / on-sites*
What you bring to the table:
- Hands-on sales experience (Inbound, outbound, telesales, field sales)
- You´re thriving in agile frameworks and have in-depth knowledge about developing leads and how to identify them
- You adapt and implement new marketing strategies, sales methods and other creative solutions to address your customer needs and concerns and turn pain points into pay points.
- Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office
- Advanced English (B2) language skills, German language skills are a big plus
- *Willingness to travel on roughly five days a month (within Europe, roughly (mostly 2-3 consecutive days) of onsite meetings at client´s site (within Europe)
Contracts, Salary and non-monetary benefits
💪 All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months)

💪 Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra you have an 3% variable that is based on company performance
