Our Business Unit Data Manager has produced a globally recognised quality standard in the spare parts market with the TecDoc catalogue. This makes TecAlliance the market leader in Europe and is expanding all over the world. Your direct lead Jürgen (EVP Data Manager Products) and his team of 25 plus colleagues is excited to welcome you. Essentially you´re the "CEO" of your product "TecDoc Catalogue API". 

This role can be started as soon as possible, is an unlimited full-time employment and can be performed nationwide in Germany from Homeoffice or alternatively from one of our sites in Germany. 

So, Jürgen and I were in permanent e-mail contact on who´d be the ideal fit. That´s the result. If every manager would be so cristal clear in requirements, I wouldn´t have a job as a recruiter. Ah, I´m Thomas by the way.

Clear vision & strategy and data-based decisions:  you have a compelling and clear vision for our product and each and every decision is basis to this. 

Communication wizard, active listener and teamplayer: you know the struggle - as Product Owner you are in constant contact with many stakeholders and we´re looking for somebody who can constantly engage and partner with them. That´s why you are business fluent in English. Spanish (many devs are in Teneriffe) or German are beneficial, but not necessary as our company language is english.

Constant feedback seeking, self-reflection: you actively encourage and listen to feedback provided and requested and review it in retros - it doesn´t matter who had an idea, the best idea that aligns with the product vision wins. We´re all flawed and you are a humble colleague that is keen to go on that learning journey with us. We encourage you to make errors and learn on the go.

Entrepreneurial mindset - you turn business requirements into User Stories: you just love to listen to the business, its users requirements and transfer their needs into YOUR product that turns these painpoints into paypoints.

Extreme ownership as "single chockable neck": Jürgen trusts you, gives you the authority to "make the calls" and you own the ROI of your product. Sometimes you have to make tough ones with limited information and in a fast-paced environment, but you trust your overall vision and just go for it.

Agile Framework: we´re working agile - that being said both relevant experience ins such and a certification in any agile framework such as "Certified Scrum Product Owner", PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner,  ICAgile Certified Professional or other similiar trainings/ certifications is very benefical 

You´re not a techie, but you can understand:  you can effectively communicate with technical colleagues

💯 Full Remote: we work fully remote within Germany and you can work from anywhere; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work in any of our sites in Germany
