We are looking for a team member in permanent employment and part-time (20h).
Become part of our Facility Management & Energy team and support us in global insurance management. With your expertise in the area of liability, motor vehicle, life and cyber insurance, you identify improvement and saving potentials. You are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders, in particular, for insurance companies/broker and international employees from all levels.
These are your responsibilities:
Optimisation: Analyse existing international insurance services and processes, identify optimisation and saving measures and negotiate/ implement them independently and globally
Contract Management: Take over the complete processing of insurance contracts and related documents and be responsible for keeping them up to date
Central Point of Contact: Be the contact person for TecAlliance insurances worldwide and the interface to our insurance brokers, to the global senior management and our risk management
Working in a Team: Take on representative tasks within our administration team in the area of fleet and travel management
Completed training in the field of insurances or similar qualification
5+ years of relevant professional experience in the area of industrial insurance management
Several years of expertise in independent structuring and design of insurance management, global experience is a big plus
Analytical and structured way of working
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Absolutely independent and solution-oriented way of working
Business fluent English is a must have. Other language skills are an advantage
