TecAlliance is still in the early stages of working with AI. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the use of AI and incorporating it into company processes and product in a meaningful way. In doing so, you will not only take care of the technical components, but also engage your colleagues and internal customers and present the benefits of its use.

• Project Management: Identify and manage projects to develop and implement data & AI solutions for our internal business units, determine risks and find solutions proactively
• Promote Recognition: Define the value of data & AI and generate acceptance with the business units with your deep technical understanding
• Processes: Understand existing processes and adapt them as needed, create new processes where none exist
• Work Organisation: Create and prioritize plans and work packages to achieve goals agreed with your internal customers

Job Qualification

• University degree in an IT or IT-related field of study
• 3+ years of practical experience in the areas of consulting, process management and/or business design, either on the consulting or client side.
• Experience in the analysis of digital service and business models as well as in the derivation of recommendations for action
• Advanced knowledge of the main topics of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (ML) and understanding how to translate the latest ML trends into data-driven and value-adding business models
• Basic knowledge of the use of common technologies in the areas of digital experience and process digitisation
• Natural curiosity for trends, technologies, and digital business models as well as open to learning new things and exploring subject areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills in Englisch, German is a plus
