Currently we are in the process in opening our own office in Casablanca, Morocco. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager and Business Developer living in Casablanca who wants to take responsibility and build a new region with TecAlliance.
The objective of the position is to build business and relationships in North Africa region. This includes the acquisition and development of new customers through efficient organisation and execution of sales activities incl. visit and/or participation in trade fairs. Represent TecAlliance in customer meetings and individual presentations of TecAlliance solutions.
Your main tasks will be:
- Expansion of Business Relationships: Identify new business relationships, both on the customer side with regards to the entire TecAlliance solution portfolio and on the supplier side to expand local data sources
- Strategic Development: Collaborate in national/international projects in sales development and carry out market observation and competitive analysis to build the best possible business model
- Numbers, Data, Facts: Take over responsibility for budget planning, pricing and reporting as well as for achieving targets and meeting current goals (e.g. turnover and results)
- Conclusion of Contract: Independently preparing and drawing up offers, conducting contract negotiations
- Onboarding: Manage and coordinate projects as well as organise and conduct user trainings when consulting & implementation team is not involved
- Creativity and Market Knowledge: Find new ways to tap the market. Develop new and/or supplementary marketing concepts
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal experts from various business sectors, create synergies and learn from each other
Job Qualification
- 5+ years experience in the Automotive Aftermarket
- Expert in sales with deep knowledge in the development of markets (sales structure, sales tools and instruments)
- Sound knowledge of IT details of operational and business processes in the business division
- Experience in strategic business development as well as strategic sales management, this includes planning budgets and pricing
- Experience with customer support in the aftermarket business sector as well as up-to-date knowledge of this market
- Extremely proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication skills (including confident manner, eloquent communication style) in English, French and Arabic
